In this workshop, we discover how naturally humans are affected by stories, how we can use them to connect with our audience and ultimately persuade them with out point of view. Designed for professionals that strive to improve their business presentation skills and practice leadership.
Communication under Stress
Duration: 7 hours
How to listen, understand and engage when the stakes are high
In essence, every conversation is a negotiation. Based on techniques of Nonviolent Communication, participants learn the key elements of any successful conversation in a practical setting. Through specific improv exercises, they can try out new approaches in deescalation, looping back and emotional listening.
